Ham Balls from Rochelle



1 Ham Loaf, thawed
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
½ Cup Milk

Make into balls.  Place in 8x10 dish.

Sauce:
¼ Cup Water
¼ Cup Vinegar
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
½ teaspoon Dry Mustard

Mix and pour over meat.
Freezer Instructions:  Cover with heavy duty foil to avoid freezer burn.
Cooking Instructions:  Thaw.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 

Three Meat Pizza Casserole from Susanne




**We split the below mixture which made one very heaping 8x8 dish**

1lb Box Bow Tie Pasta
1lb Mild Pork Sausage
1 Large Onion, chopped
2 - 26oz Jars Spaghetti Sauce (Tomato Basil Flavor used)
1lb Cubed Cooked Ham (half this amount was used)
½ - 1lb Pepperoni (or enough to cover)
3 – 8oz Bags Mozzarella Cheese
6 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons Garlic, Chopped or 1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Cook Pasta in boiling water.
Cook Sausage, Garlic, and Oregano with Onions until juices run clear.
Mix Pasta, Meat Mixture, Spaghetti Sauce, Ham, Parmesan Cheese, and (2) bags of Mozzarella Cheese together.  Place in 9x11 dish.
Add remaining bag Mozzarella Cheese.  Place Pepperoni on top.
Freezer Instructions:  Cover with heavy duty foil to avoid freezer burn.
Cooking Instructions:  Thaw.  Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.  Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Slow Cooker Pineapple Glazed Ham from Mindy



4 Thick Slices of Boneless Ham, fully cooked (3/4” thick or so)
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1 (20oz) Can Crushed Pineapple (do not drain)
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard (optional)

Place Ham in large freezer bag.  Combine Brown Sugar, Pineapple (and juice), and Mustard.  Mix well.
Brown Ground Beef and place in large ziplock bag or freezer container.  Add remaining ingredients and mix.

Freezer Instructions:  Double bag with freezer bag to avoid freezer burn.
Cooking Instructions:  Thaw.  Place mixture in crockpot.  Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high or on high for 3 hours.

Ham and Swiss Bake from Amanda


Box of Stuffing
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ Cup Milk
½ lb Asparagus or 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli
3 Cups Ham, Cubed
1 Cup Swiss Cheese, shredded Mix stuffing with 1 ½ cup hot water, let sit for 5 minutes.  Mix Soup, Milk, Ham and Veggie, then spread in 9x13 pan.  Top with Cheese and then Stuffing.

Freezer Instructions:  Cover twice with heavy duty foil to avoid freezer burn.

Cooking Instructions:  Thaw.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes uncovered.

Ham and Pineapple Kabobs from Katie

Ham cubes or Slices (thick)
Canned Pineapple Chunks (save ¼ Cup juice)
Skewers
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Ginger, to taste

Put Ham and Pineapple on skewers.  Place skewers in 9x13 foil pan. Mix Juice with Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, and Ginger.  Pour Marinate over skewers.

Freezer Instructions:  Cover twice with heavy duty foil to avoid freezer burn.
Cooking Instructions:  Thaw.  Grill until heated through.

Broccoli and Ham Quiche from Lisa

1 Pie Crust
1 ½ Cups Cooked Ham, cubed
1 ½ Cups Swiss Cheese, shredded (6 oz.)
1 Cup Frozen Broccoli, unthawed, chopped
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry Ground Mustard
½ teaspoon Pepper
Layer Ham, Cheese and Broccoli in Pie Crust-lined pan. In medium bowl, beat all remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over broccoli.
Freezer Instructions: Use heavy duty foil to cover. Layer a couple times to avoid freezer burn.
Cooking Instructions: DO NOT THAW. Place tinfoil around crust (middle portion can remain uncovered) and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges.

Ham Dingers from Lisa



1 ½ lbs Deli Ham
1lb Swiss Cheese, sliced
½ Cup Butter, softened
2 Tablespoons Mustard
3 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
18 Hamburger Buns (or dinner rolls for smaller portions)
Mix Butter, Mustard, Poppy Seeds, and Worcestershire Sauce. Layer 1 slice of Ham and Cheese, and butter mixture onto bun.
Wrap sandwiches in foil, place in freezer bag.
Freezer Instructions: Use heavy duty foil to cover. Layer a couple times to avoid freezer burn or place in freezer bag.
Cooking Instructions: Cook right from the freezer in foil (DO NOT THAW), at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Ham and Scalloped Potatoes from Lydia

32oz Southern Style Frozen Potatoes

8oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese

16oz Sour Cream

1 Stick Butter

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Cup Onions, lightly sautéed

Chunks of Ham


Mix all ingredients. Place in 9x13 pan.


Freezer Instructions: Use heavy duty foil to cover. Layer a couple times to avoid freezer burn.

Cooking Instructions: Thaw. Bake at 425 degrees for one hour, covered. Bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
