Sweet and Sour Chicken from Heather

4-6 Chicken Breasts (sauce will make enough for up to 10 chicken breasts)

12oz Pineapple Juice

6oz Sweet and Sour Sauce

2oz Soy Sauce

Place all ingredients in large ziplock bag. Mix well.

Freezer Instructions: Place in large ziplock freezer bag. Double bag to avoid freezer burn.

Cooking Instructions: Thaw. Cook on the grill. Turn often to prevent burning due to sugar content.

Do you freeze this before bringing it to a meal exchange? And in just the bags or should I set it in foil pans?

Thanks for your comment! For our meals we typically just make them at the "party" - not ahead of time. So for this nothing was mixed ahead of time. I typically use fresh chicken brests (which are already thawed), put them in a large ziplock bag with the other stuff, mix, and then freeze them - that way the chicken has some time to absorb the sauce too!
